Refund Policy

Carried memberships are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, whether monthly or annual.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if a duplicate charge has occurred, or if access was not provided due to a technical error on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to info@carried.vc with the subject line "Refund Request".

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 7 days from the date of purchase. Within that 7-day window, a full refund can be requested at info@carried.vc.

Retainer Services

Retainer engagements are governed by a separate service agreement. Refund terms for retainer clients are set out in that agreement.
