1. About Carried

Carried is a private membership network. By accessing our services or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis. Access begins immediately upon payment. Carried reserves the right to decline or terminate any membership at its discretion, including where a member's conduct is deemed detrimental to the community.

3. Payment

By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your card on a recurring basis - monthly or annually, according to the plan selected - until cancellation. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via written notice to info@carried.vc. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

5. Founder Submissions

Submitting a deck does not guarantee acceptance. Carried makes no representation as to introductions, investment outcomes, or the behaviour of investor members.

6. Limitation of Liability

Carried is not a financial adviser, broker, or regulated investment service. Nothing provided through the platform constitutes investment advice. We are not liable for any investment decisions made by members or outcomes arising from introductions made through the network.

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Carried - including digests, reports, and podcast episodes - is proprietary. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content outside the community.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
